We went out for dinner and had our dessert at tutti fruity ( girls fav place to eat dessert..hehe..)

We ate at sate tulang jelebu...
Seriously...memang sate tulang! There were only bones..bones..n bones!!! To all meat lover..just order normal sate ok!
But the sate was quite nice despite the "tulang"ness of it..

can u see that! A napkin full of tulang..haha...

Then after chit chatting...we went to tutti fruity ( place where boys said "dessert place for wannabe girls"err......thanx boys..yeah..thanx...)

Ok...we sat near to the cashier..since tutti frutti is quite new in sban, so ramai la virgin tutti frutti datang untuk cuba...most of them took one full cup then upon weighing and paying..most of dem gave their wth look..hahaha....

It is nice meeting part of my sayangs...
Nice being me..nice knowing there r people i can dpend on..:)

i just woke up at 10am then at 1pm i already felt realllllllyyyyy2 sleepy..so i took my nap..(yes nap 4 an hour..hahaha)

I need to study la weyh....my clinical exam is on monday and dunno (yeah...dis one prof wants to make suprise exam by calling only..hope when he calls im not sleeping and i heard my cells ringging..haha)

I had a long day wit diz one lecturer...hmmm..wat should i call her...
Lecturer Q..well i dun want to tal bout her...muahahahaha...* buat pe nak mengumpat lecturer? Dahla bodoh nanti stupid2 dumb2*

But then she really made me realised that....
Being a doctor is not bout dealing life and death...
At times..ur mistake dat caused a person dies...
Creepy huh???

Wat if one fine day, diz one sweet person come to the hospital complaining of abdominal pain...i just said..owwh...just a simple gastritis...take this meds..eat regularly..and offf u go....

BUT ACTUALLY.......jeng2....i didnt noticd that patient looks confused and lil bit drowsy..ok drowsy and confused to u might look ok to me?
A minute later....patient collapse...went into coma...........................few days later.........u know wat....

ok...if u r not going to b a doctor, it is easy..sue the doctor!!!!!

genap seminngu permergian nenek tersayang...nenek yang mengajar pelbagai perkara sepanjnag hidupnya..sejak umur 2 hari dia menjaga aku sehingga kini umur ku yang 25, dia telah meninggalkan aku untuk selamya...sapa dulu yang urutkan kaki yang terseliuh bila main bola, sapa yang lumurkan asam jawa kat kepala bila demam, nenek...bukan melupakan mak ayah tapi...nenek dan atuk yang telah jaga sejak kecil...dapat rasakan sungguh dalam kasih sayang tu...

perginya seorang lagi hamba Allah menghadap penciptanya...

Nendaku..Hjh Saudah sudah pergi...

ann tidak rapat dengan nenda..

tapi pemergiannya tetap di rasai..(she's my nenek ok!)

to those my frens..this is actually nenek yang korg tak penah nampak..die baru tinggl dgn kitorg like 3-4months...most of the time die duduk bilik...

nenek yang selalu borak2 dgn korang tuh masih ada..

tp she's suffering from dementia...sudah stat lupa2...

but i guarantee u dia still kenal korang...

now..i wanna talk bout my late grandma....

she used to be the mak andam in my kampung..a great baker...

she lived in Felda Sg Koyan n i called her as nenek koyan ( senang nak differentiate wic nenek)..

married to my late grandpa when she was 15 y/o...

when grandpa died bout 7 years ago, nenek experiencing pathological grief...

nenek bersedih since that...

her spirit all gone...she was deppressive all the time n tot about death is almost everyday..

but family support helps her A LOT! she manged to go through it all...

ayah n ibu told me her last moment...

last saturday, nenek been complaining bout her heart burn...

my parents brought her to the specialist....

then the specialist gave her sum medication and ask her to come back for further full check up on the morning ( 13 dec 2010)..

the my parent brought her to the specialist clinic that morning...

there wasnt any changes..she acted like always...

they took blood...done xray and ecg ( to monitor her heart)...bla2

doctor said...

"ok mak cik..sume keputusan bagus...jantung pun elok jek..tiada apa2..."

suddenly........

she took a really deep breath n went unconcious...

doctors n nurses was panic n declared code blue..

she was immediately brought to the icu....

ayah was shaking..ibu was speechless..both in shock

both of dem didnt prepare for this..

she was well despite keep on complaining bout the heart burn and her joint problem...

den the doctor said..she's in a very critical condition..nothing much can be done but they were still trying to stablise her...

ibu was given Quran....

ayah called my brother to come home...

at 1st ayah specifically said dun tell me n my lil sister bcoz we have classess..

but then my brother still texted us...

none of us were ready 4 diz...

like i said..she was well!!!

then nenek was transfered to Seremban's General Hospital...

but..its written that...she must go....

ibu...a strong lady...

im sure ibu belum menitiskan setitis air mata pun...

but i know..she's crying inside..that's her mother...

my brother..im sure he also felt sumting...

he cant see anything belongs to nenek..he's close to nenek...

well..he lived wit nenek since he was a kid...

my other nenek...

lost a fren...a fren who teman her most of the time when ibu is not around...

my other nenek said, " takdela kawan nk borak pagi2 bila ibu ko pergi pasar ke apa..sunyi la balik"

I watched this movie last night with Zac

it was a last minute decision and we nearly fought after zac bought the tix bcoz i wanted to watch Megamind instead. But it turned out to be a really great movie so ,Zac, I forgive you for your insolence... :P

anyway here goes the synopsis. grabbed from zac's favorite movie blogger "TMBF" *zac seems to think this guy is the "cinema god" and wouldn't watch movies he rated less tha 3 stars,shux! *pout*

Owen (Kodi Smit-McPhee) is 12 years old, living in wintry Los Alamos in 1983, child of a divorced mother, and frequent target of a particularly sadistic bully (Dylan Minnette). His alienation and misery seem unending, until newcomers move in to the apartment next door: Abby (Chloë Grace Moretz), a girl his age, and an older man (Richard Jenkins). A friendship grows between Owen and Abby, even as their town is rocked by a series of murders - murders committed by Abby's "father". It soon becomes clear that Abby is a vampire, an immortal creature who lives on human blood provided by her guardian. Meanwhile, a police detective's (Elias Koteas) investigations of the murders draw closer and closer to Abby and Owen.

The movie starts off slow and and twisting and then there's the timeline rewind where the storyline really starts. The settings is dark and spooky which make it more terrifying. and i really like the idea of a young teenage boy romance with a girl-vampire who look as young as him but hundreds of years older. It is like the movie an anti-Twilight supporter would make.*obviously way better than twilight pfft*

And the child actors played their role superbly well. the should come to Malaysia and give our actors acting classes for god sake.haha. Chloë Grace Moretz is beautiful,spooky and charming and Kodi Smit-McPhee really bring out his character's innocence and nervousness.

A bit downside is the CGI when Abby turns into her vampire state and attacks her victim is a bit choppy but the gruesome,the bloodiness and the gore is there. It even managed to make Zac jumped to his seat. :P

Overall it's a really great movie. It's a true horror-romance movie. The fact that the plot is a bit slow-moving and spooky will make it under-appreciated by most Malaysian but it is a genuinely great movie. No need to resort to FRAUD PROMOTION to get my attention for sure. :P

ive read bout this thing while blogwalking...*i dunno wat to do*
i must say the artist, Leandro Erlich is superbly creative....
i read bout this pool from MoMa PS1, a newspaper for the pool's exhibition they said,

Erlich has constructed a full-size pool, complete with all its trappings, including a deck and a ladder. When approached from the first floor, visitors are confronted with a surreal scene: people, fully clothed, can be seen standing, walking, and breathing beneath the surface of the water. yeah!i agree utk haramkan clubs...only if malaysia ni is a country exclusive for muslims and malay...but we live in a multi racial country with tourism as one of our main income...we have to be fair to other races even if it involves entertainment...in fact license to run a club and sell alcohol in malaysia is already the most expensive in asia region but still rmi yg sell n consume it...so if u can't prvent it then control it...and in clubs nowadays muslim can't order alcohol from the bar n if caught consuming alcohol,they can be prsecuted...n i agree...people can change...n people also will seek wat they want no matter how unavailable it is...its all down to d person itself...for me...d government is doing nearly the best effort...it can be upgraded but an ok job so far..

-kinda smelly...(sorry!) and i saw flies in dere...(cleaner tak buat kerja pe? n how on earth boleh ada flies?)
-foreigner budget HOT! ( especially pak arab! bangla...tolonglah...im not dat desperate..)
- since i juz had my lecture on SEXUAL DISORDER..i tend to think..*ade tak patient sexual disorder in here???chuak!*

psychiatry posting makes me realised sumting...

ive been in HKL psychiatry ward for 4weeks....

yes..at 1st i hav diz stigma towrds them...(

=seriously! 1st day of posting i only stand outside the ward...sangat takut nak msuk...

=2nd day..hav the courage to go in..BUT! wit a lecturer

=after a week? dah ok!!!! :)

currently? entering a psychiatry ward is just like entering a whole new world! hahaha.. (bcoz psychiatric patients mostly delusional and hallucinating..)

all psychiatry patient came from many backgrounds..even professionals like engineer pun ada..

dey barely know each other!

diorg Xpenah kenal..Xpenah jumpe...

but dey have one thing in common..."we have mental illness"

when a new patient came in..dey will welcomed him/her...

dey will talk..get to know each other...

wat makes him/her get admitted? (sometimes u can just one of dem.."npe die kna msuk sini?")

the nex day? dey are good friends!

if us? (da one without mental illness)

new girl in skool?

or new boy in skool?

1st day...definitely that girl still alone...

after a week baru ad good friends...

sangat lain from this patient..they jus need 2-3hours!

there are more than 30 patients in the ward..

all of them remember n recognize each other...even people in there come and goes everyday...

later..diz another patient will help to clean up that patient...

no one gave them task to take care that particular patient..dey juz do it!

den he left......

"nak tao doktor..saya berharap sangat orang kt luar tuh faham keadaan kitorg..kitorg X bodoh..otak kami boleh guna lagi...kitorg ada masalah emosi jek...mental kami tak sehat..otak kami bagus lagi..."

my latest posting make me think of something!!!

THERE IS NO WAY MY KIDS (in the future) GOING TO BE MALAYSIAN ELITE ATHLETE!!!

all the rhythmic gymanst athlete having malnutrition..they hav to keep their body weight super low!!! any weight gain even 50g cant b tolerated by coaches!! many of dem are bulimic!
most of the sports people have injury!! sprain ankle..dislocated knee..tear liagemnt..muscle tear..muscle swelling....and they are YOUNG when dey get the injury! as young as 15 years old!!!
if they are student..they are part time STUDENT...FULL TIME ATHLETE!
their only life is at the training area...no time to socialize! they said badminton player oni hav 5days break in a year!!!!
guys n girls train the same...so...bad for the girls coz they have to follow the guys stamina!
u r 20 y/o..but ur body is 50y/o..due to overused
some coaches will force u to train even u r injured!
when u have recurrent injury...u r out even u r oni in ur twenties!!!
the gurls lose their feminity looks (except for the gymnast)...many of them hav walk like a guy..talk like a guy..
everything u do will b monitored...NO SPONTANEOUS excitement...:(
there is this one triad popular among sport medicine doc..they call it female triad bcoause it is common among the female athlete..the female athlete is malnutrition...which lead them to hormonal problem (late menarche,amenorrhea,estrogen supression) that also cause osteoporosis...

i'll allow my kids play sports juz for fun...ok..as far as school or state level...

my kids going to be a full time student!

they will eat nutritious foods...

i want them to b spontaneous! :)

i dunno wats happening to my throat...ngeng sungguh!

1st - last month having sore throat,feverish like n headache

2nd - sore throat last weekend after eating a bar of dark choc full wit nuts...

3rd - yesterday da sore thorat came back..aiyyaaa...nape meyh?

the culprit :

-nuts? allergic? (aish..nope! Xpenah2 kot...)

-not consuming enough fluid? (aish..NOPE! ill drink at least 1L per day...)

-banyak dosa? (dey said " kalo sakit hapuskan dosa2 kecil..." haha..ye la kot!)

-tonsillitis? pharyngitis? laryngitis? ulcer? (hahaha....datz oni bcoz im in ENT posting..haha...sume sakit keluar...POYO!)

but then....this Tuesday im going to Placebo concert!!!!! yeah!!! :P

6pm-arrive at my fren's house
8pm-go to KL Live
12am-concerts ends
1am- SLEEP time!

OPTHALMOSCOPY PROCEDURE! :P

the truth....

ophthalmoscopy procedure is where u use ophtalmoscope (da device to see inside da eyeball) to see inside your eyeball...to do this procedure,we have to do it in dark room so that we can see inside the eyeball clearly...the liquid that dinehs talk bout is a special eye drop to dilate the eyes to make the process easier...

joel and anuar is our groupmate...we borrowd the ophtalmoscope from the opthamology department so dat we can practise using it at hostel....:)

yesterday i startd my 2nd semester..

a freaking short semester...13 weeks oni!!

n da schedule?? hectic as ever!!!!!

kinda SHOCK! ( perfect word!!!)...

b4 diz we r on our own wit our own sweet time went to hosp n meet d patient...

but now we hav fix schedule..NO MORE PONTENG2 during hospital days....

all together got 6postings to finish up..n 6 small exams...den FINAL EXAM ON middle of May...

since yesterday...ive been extremely tired..

took afternoon nap n oso 1hour nap after maghrib...

diz morning almost fell asleep during da lecture..

lethargic summore...moody...

i need to find books...buy or borrow...buy preferably...

JPA gave a lot of moeny 4 sumting....(sumting to smile bout)

hmm...well...all i can say is...

last wednesday went to syara's....

actually i want to bake cupcakes wit her but da bakery shop closed!

cant find da ingredient....

so...we baked sumting instead...

we baked carrot cake n lemon cheese cake!!!!!

carrot cake turns out ok but the cheese cake...hahaha.....

turns into PUDDING!!! hahaha....

but spending time wit syara,iqin n s.i a lot more PRECIOUS!

but then dey arent SKINNY!!!
